Generator Request Form
To eliminate confusion that is circulating regarding generators, we want to clear up the details. This request form is not a guarantee for a generator. It is a request we make on behalf of government buildings, medical facilities, first responder agencies, businesses that are essential for operation of county/city workers, or vulnerable communities. These are not generators that are kept by the person requesting. At this time, generators will be stretched as is and will be difficult to receive ahead of the storm. If we have a prolonged outage, we will be able to submit to FEMA for more. It is highly advised that if you think you might qualify for a generator loaner, have an electrician fill out the form below and submit it back to us ASAP. Email completed forms to IceStorm2026@deltaready.us
DAMAGE ASSESSMENTS
If you experience ANY damage to your home, it is important that you fill out this self-reporting damage assessment. *Important! This self-report tool is not a 9-1-1 service. If there is an immediate, life-threatening need after a storm, please call 9-1-1.
*Submitting a damage report is NOT an application for financial assistance. This is a data-collection tool MEMA uses to conduct damage assessments.
